Labour Agreement Stream:

• Purpose: For skilled workers nominated by an employer who has a formal Labour Agreement with the Australian Government.
• Flexibility: The specific age, English language, skills, and work experience requirements are set out in the individual Labour Agreement. These agreements often allow for concessions to standard visa criteria to meet unique industry or regional needs.
• Eligibility: You must currently work, or be preparing to work, for the nominating employer who is party to a Labour Agreement.
• Pathway to PR: Most Labour Agreements provide a pathway to permanent residency, with the transition period and conditions specified within the agreement itself.
